POLICIES
Tuition & Registration:
Tuition is due in full at the time of registration for each seasonal session (Fall, Winter, and Spring).
Registration reserves your student's place in the selected class for the full session. Due to limited enrollment and preparation of lessons and materials, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is completed.
Class Changes & Cancellations:
Students are enrolled in a specific class day and time for the duration of the session. Requests to transfer classes may be considered based on availability but are not guaranteed.
Registrations cannot be independently canceled or rescheduled through the booking system. Please contact Ksenya Litvak with any enrollment concerns or requests.
Absences & Make-Up Classes:
Students enrolled in seasonal sessions may receive up to three make-up classes per session, subject to availability. Make-up classes are not available for pay-by-class students.
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, tuition adjustments, or additional make-up classes beyond the three-class limit.
To schedule a make-up class, email ksenyalitvak@artichokeartstudio.com. Once scheduled, make-up classes cannot be rescheduled.
Discounts:
The second and third siblings are eligible for discounted tuition. Young Artists Program tuition is reduced to $300, and Studio Art Program tuition is reduced to $600.
Sibling discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Please contact Ksenya Litvak before registering to receive the coupon code.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up:
Please wait outside the entrance before class begins.
Little Artist & Me (Ages 2 - 5): A parent or guardian may stay and participate during class.
Young Artists (Ages 2 - 6): A parent or guardian may stay during class. If not sitting with your student, please wait in the designated area near the front door.
Studio Art (Ages 7 - 103): Parents may stay for the first 10 minutes as their child settles in, but we ask that they leave for the remainder of class to support a focused learning environment.
Students must be picked up promptly after class.
Safe Space:
