Students will be introduced to the fine art of past centuries. They will be familiarized to the most foundational kinds of art such as still life, landscapes, and portraits, and study professional art techniques and materials. Reflecting on cultural and social history, students will be able to apply the theory into practice using a wide variety of fine art techniques, methods, and approaches.
